To be successful you require:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be physically fit
- A current, valid driver’s license
- Keep up to date with mandatory training – which will give you a nationally recognised qualification in retreading
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- The ability to work as part of a team that supports each other and is committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship and reliability
- Knowledge of truck tyres would be beneficial but not required
- Forklift or HR License is a bonus but not required
