Administration Clerk – Wodonga

A casual 6 month maternity contracted position with an immediate start is now available for an Administration Clerk based in our Wodonga Office, with the possibility of ongoing employment for the right candidate.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a team environment and is proactive with an appetite to learn.
Skills and qualifications required for this position:
- Intermediate computer skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Possess a strong level of attention to detail, can be methodical and has an eagerness to enhance the customer service experience
- Well developed data entry skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in being both a team player and able to work with minimum direction.
- Compliance with the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) system
- Contribute to the improvement of systems and the working environment.
- Invoicing experience (desirable)
- Ability to meet timeliness of reporting
- Have an understanding of KPI reporting and the actions required to drive improvement
