Ron Finemore Transport is looking for an experienced HC driver to run out of Sutton Forest on a PM shift only. This is a hot seat position so start times can vary but usually expected to be around 12noon and communication with the AM driver leading up to changeover will be required.
The change over point is at Sutton Forest where the driver will then go on to load at Aldi DC Prestons for delivery at South Coast and ACT stores, with a stop at the Goulburn yard along the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Understanding of load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines
- Completion of all paperwork on time and in full
- Driving in a time-sensitive environment
- Refueling and maintaining cleanliness of allocated equipment
- Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays
Your skills and experience
- HC licence minimum (12months experience is essential)
- Experience with Reversing/Finger Docks essential
- Minimum of 12 months good driving record
