A Bit About the Role
You’ll be part of a friendly, fun (but sensible) admin crew supporting the business with accurate, on-time invoicing and day-to-day operations. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the kind of work that really matters—keeping the cash flowing and the wheels turning (literally, we’re a transport business!).
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Keep the cash flowing – Enter purchase orders and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Be the team’s admin backbone – Support colleagues, manage documents, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Own the customer experience – Answer calls, handle enquiries, and make sure every message gets to the right person fast.
- Stay one step ahead – Follow up on tasks, solve small issues before they become big ones, and keep things on track.
- Build great relationships – Work closely with drivers, operations, and customers—because great communication makes all the difference.
- Keep it clean and compliant – Maintain a tidy workspace, welcome visitors, and support safety and compliance protocols.
Salary range: $58k-65k + super depending on experience.
Who This Suits
This isn’t a beginner role—and that’s kind of the point. We’re after someone confident, capable, reliable and takes pride and accountability for their work. You have been around the admin block before and know how to handle pressure and different personalities with maturity, without losing your cool.
You’ll thrive if you:
- Have 2–3 years of admin experience (ideally with invoicing or accounts)
- Have sharp attention to detail and accuracy. You take pride in getting things right
- Know your way around Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Take initiative and enjoy solving puzzles in your work
- Aren’t fazed by a fast-paced environment or louder personalities nearby. You can hold your own.
- Can work independently but also back your team when it counts
Why You’ll Love It Here
You won’t be micromanaged—we value initiative. Our team is supportive, our vibe is casual but professional, and we genuinely like each other. If you’re looking for a role where your experience counts, your voice is heard, and you’re part of a no-drama crew… you might’ve just found it.
