About the role:

We are looking for both full time and casual, experienced HC Drivers.

Applicants will need to travel from our Wagga Wagga depot to our Barnawartha depot to commence their week (and vice versa to conclude their week) – a travel allowance is paid to accommodate this.

A typical run commences from Barnawartha and will include the Riverina region, Sydney and regional country runs.

For the right applicant, this role could lead to a potential licence upgrade and result in driving MC out of Wagga Wagga directly.

Applicants must be available for overnights and weekends, please consider this before applying as applicants will not be progressed unless they can accommodate this roster.

Your responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Understanding of load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines
  • Completion of all paperwork on time and in full
  • Driving in a time-sensitive environment
  • Refueling and maintaining cleanliness of allocated equipment
  • Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays

Your skills and experience:

  • HC licence minimum (experience is essential)
  • Minimum of 12 months good driving record

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical check, national crime check and have the right to work in Australia.
