About this Role
We are currently seeking a PM Nightshift Operations Supervisor to join our team.
- 17:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Full-time, rotating 4-day roster
This is a hands-on role suited to a highly skilled individual who can work effectively within a dynamic team environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering strong operational performance and supporting our customers throughout the nightshift.

Key responsibilities include:
- Basic Fatigue Management compliance (training will be provided)
- Ensuring all operational, administration, customer service, relationships are managed in a professional and appropriate manner
- Maintaining effective, efficient and best practice logistics solutions within the operations (planning, allocating and scheduling work)
- Answering phone calls
- Data entry
- General administrative / operational tasks
Note, that this is a night shift role within a 24/7 work environment. Weekend availability will be required for this position. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is based at our Barnawartha Depot.
About You
You are self-motivated, extremely reliable, and work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You don’t necessarily have a background in transport, however you are motivated and have a can-do attitude. You are able to adapt and learn quickly in an environment and team that operates with a sense of urgency.
Your past work skills will involve some experience in either organising, allocating or scheduling.
Your skills and experience for this role need to include:
- Clear communication skills – both written and oral
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Capable of making decisions quickly
- Fast and competent computer use, incl Microsoft Office
- The ability to work alone and in teams when required
- Multitasking across a variety of work throughout your shift
- Past night shift experience is preferred.
